Join other Charlotte Alumni this Thursday, November 29th for the  Big Five Holiday Party  at the Levine Museum of the New South.  Alumni from VT, UVA, Wake, UNC, and Davidson will gather together for an evening of food, drinks, and live music!! The alumni groups from each school are hoping to make this event an annual event in Charlotte. 
   
  Tickets have been discounted to $35 for all VT alumni; VTAA will be covering the remaining $10. Free parking is available at 7th Street Station.

  ACC Championship Bus Trip
  Saturday, December 1st 
    Join us for another bus trip to Jacksonville for the ACC Championship. This time will be different! We will be leaving the Park Road Shopping Center at 3:00 am. We will make a stop in Columbia, SC to pick up people. There will be a stop to change drivers in Savannah and a breakfast stop at a fast food restaurant. We should arrive around 10 am. We will leave the game to head home about an hour after the game is finished.
  We need 35 seats sold for the bus to leave. If that number is not met, we will cancel the trip and refund your money. The go, no-go will be at the close of business on Thursday. If we reach the number needed, there will be no refunds after Thursday at the end of business. 
  Drinks and beer will be provided. 
   
    Upon arrival in Jacksonville , we’ll proceed to the River City Brewery (www.rivercitybrew.com) for a pay-as-you-go tailgate event; they will be set up with a lunch buffet.  After the tailgate, we’ll proceed on the bus to the parking area outside the stadium.  This will be our departure point as well.

  Football Watching Party- Angry Ales
  Saturday, December 1st 
  If you can't make it to Jacksonville this Saturday, be sure to come out to Angry Ales to watch the game with fellow Hokies! Complimentary food will be provided by Angry Ales.
